The 4 Stations

1 - Leg Press

• Pillow block bearings and a 4-bar linkage system provide smoother motion and increased product durability. The footplate follows the natural movement of the leg taking the strain off the ankle.
• The foot plate encased in rubber prevents slipping and increases durability.
• The adjustable back pad accommodates different sized users and allows pre-stretch adjustment.
• 2 to 1 cable ratio provides 400 pounds of resistance.

2 - Adjustable Cable Column

• Split-weight cabling reduces resistance to 50% of elected weight for enhanced smoothness and lighter incremental weight increases.
• Built-in accessory holder.

3 - Rigid Arm Pulldown

• Counterbalanced arm with self-aligning handles automatically adjusts to movement and size of users.
• Angled thigh brace rollers that eliminate the need for adjustments.

4 - Chest Press

• Mid Row- Leg Extension- Standing Leg Curl
• Patented range of motion adjustment on the pressing arm allows you to adjust your starting position on the mid-row, chest, incline and shoulder presses.
• Patented adjustable rollers act as a thigh support for standing leg curls and an arm support for preacher curls.
