• RANGE OF MOTION ON PRESSING ARM AND MID ROW This patented feature allows you to adjust the starting position for bench press, incline press, shoulder press and mid row exercises. The dual hand grips allow you to vary the hand position.
• RANGE OF MOTION ON PECTORAL FLY STATION The range of motion adjustment allows the user to adjust the amount of prestretch for performing all pec fly and rear deltoid exercises.
• SEATED LEG CURL / LEG EXTENSION Both leg curls and leg extensions can be performed with either one leg or two legs from the seated position. This offers the user a more convenient, quicker, and comfortable exercise with superior bio-mechanics and low back stabilization.
