Superfeet are an excellent off the shelf orthotic. I issue them on weekly basis in out patient PT clinic. I use them for patients who are financially unable to afford custom orthotics, for a growing child that will be replacing their orthotics regularly and sometimes as a trial to see if a patient is suited for orthotic use.
